· In the first 30 days from the date of purchase, you may return a torn or broken Retract-a-Band to us at your own expense, and we will send you a brand new Retract-a-Band. 

· After 30 days, from the date of purchase, if the resistance band tears or does not retract fully into the handles, you may return it to us at your own expense, and we will repair it for a fee of $18.50. You can also repair it yourself as demonstrated on our website Retract-a-Band.com.
